iCampPro is cloud-based camp management software for camp directors, staff, and families. It supports day, overnight, summer, youth, faith-based, and mission-driven camps through online registration, branded family and household accounts, payment processing, custom forms, health records, camper groups, cabins, communications, attendance, seasonal staffing, reporting, and retail point of sale. Its mix of administrative and financial tools makes it a fit for established camps managing more than registration alone.

Pricing is structured across four monthly plans. Trailblazer costs $199 per month and includes registration, payment processing, forms, groups and cabins, financial tools and reporting, and health management. Pathfinder costs $299 per month and adds a dedicated account manager. Summit costs $499 per month, includes 1,000 SMS credits per month, and adds API access. Peak costs $999 per month, includes 2,000 SMS credits per month, and includes a dedicated account manager. Annual billing saves 10%, while registration, payment-processing, SMS, and onboarding fees may apply separately.

The platform’s breadth is its central strength: camp teams can connect family-facing registration with payments, health information, attendance, staffing, communications, financial reporting, and onsite retail. Mobile-friendly web interfaces support both teams and families, but iCampPro does not currently provide dedicated mobile registration apps. The product also does not include activity scheduling, which may matter to camps that need detailed program or session planning inside the same system. Choose iCampPro if financial controls and broad operational coverage are priorities; consider an alternative if dedicated mobile apps or activity scheduling are essential.
