I.UA Mail review

Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026

I.UA Mail is a personal email service for individuals and small users who want a free mailbox with practical access options. It provides addresses on the i.ua, ua.fm, and email.ua domains, with webmail, mobile browser access through pda.i.ua, and access across Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android. New mailboxes start with 1 GB of storage. The service also supports files up to 20 MB as direct attachments, while larger files can be shared through download links.

Its strongest area is everyday mailbox management. POP3 and SMTP support allow access through email clients, while spam filtering, quarantine, and automatic virus scanning address common email-handling needs. Folders and automatic message sorting help organize incoming mail, and mail collection can bring messages from other accounts into the mailbox. Forwarding, auto-replies, and sending from multiple email addresses add useful flexibility for users managing more than one address or workflow.

I.UA Mail uses a freemium structure. The free service covers the core mailbox and access features, while the VIP Account adds extended auto-replies, mail forwarding, SMTP access for email clients, additional mailbox storage, and removal of advertising signatures from sent messages. Users who need a simple free inbox, client access, and basic filtering should find the feature set well aligned with that use case. Those who regularly send files above 20 MB directly, need more than the included storage, or want ad-free outgoing messages should consider the VIP Account instead.
