Hint is a cloud practice-management and clinical platform for direct primary care and other membership-based healthcare organizations. It combines electronic medical records, clinical notes, patient charts, health profiles, provider calendars, appointment scheduling, reminders, self-booking, membership enrollment, recurring billing, invoicing, payments, reporting, and a patient member portal. Practices can also manage shared clinical and administrative tasks, communication settings, templates, and follow-up tracking. Access is available on the web, with a clinician iPhone app for secure messaging, patient lookup, schedules, and AI scribe access.

Pricing is organized into four plans. Launch costs $290 per month and includes Clinical EMR, member onboarding and membership management, self-scheduling, and automated billing. Pro costs $320 per month and adds Hint AI, employer management and billing, Eligibility Autosync, and advanced membership pricing. Scale costs $770 per month and adds affiliate management, commission tracking, engagement tracking, and network capabilities. Enterprise has tailored pricing and includes single sign-on, advanced security, and dedicated support.
