Help Dashy gives small SaaS, agency, ecommerce and B2B teams a shared inbox for handling customer support requests. An embeddable website widget collects tickets, while agents can assign them, update statuses and priorities, add internal notes, and reply by email. Customers can follow conversations and send follow-ups through secure email links without creating an account. It suits teams that need organized email ticketing more than a broad customer-service suite.

The free plan includes a website widget, requester tracking links, a team inbox and email replies. Pro costs $19 per month and includes everything in Free; Business costs $109 per month and includes everything in Pro. Both paid plans offer extra site slots for $5 each. Plans are based on monthly message allowances and allowed websites rather than per-seat inbox pricing, so teams should compare those limits with their expected workload and number of sites before choosing a tier. The free option offers a way to start without a monthly charge.

Ticket workflows are the product’s focus: features include assignments, statuses, priorities, search, conversation history, projects, SLA tracking, canned replies, roles and permissions, and automation rules for assigning tickets, changing status or priority, adding tags, and sending in-app notifications. That makes it a reasonable fit for teams that want a focused inbox and basic workflow controls. It is less suited to businesses seeking live chat, a knowledge base, or a wider service platform; those needs point toward an alternative with those channels and self-service tools. Help Dashy is web-based and cloud-deployed.
