Heart of Worship review
Detailed worship planning and presentation tools, but access is limited to the web.

Heart of Worship brings service planning, worship-team scheduling, song preparation, document storage, communications, and Live Presentation into one workspace. It is designed for growing worship teams and established ministries that need more than a basic calendar. Teams can organize service dates, times, locations, rehearsals, service orders, setlists, notes, and ministry positions, then assign roles based on ministry skills. Availability responses help coordinators track who can serve, while the song library and editing tools support preparation before rehearsals or services.
The platform’s strongest area is the depth of its worship-production workflow. Teams can edit lyrics, chords, keys, structures, and arrangements, create reusable service templates, and present songs, lyrics, chords, and service content through Live Presentation. Document storage and communications keep related material in the same workspace. This combination should suit churches coordinating recurring services or detailed production schedules, particularly when team members need clearly assigned ministry positions and service-specific information.
Pricing is straightforward but does not include a free plan. Starter costs $29 per month and includes every platform feature, a 500+ song library, and Live Presentation mode. Unlimited costs $99 per month and lists the same highlights; the plans are based on team-member limits. A 30-day free trial is available. Heart of Worship runs on the web and is described for tablets, laptops, and mobile devices, but it does not verify native iOS or Android apps. Choose it for detailed worship planning and presentation in one web workspace; choose an alternative if native mobile apps or verified integrations are essential.
