A booking and membership platform for small coworking spaces.

Hamlet is cloud-based workspace management software for coworking and flexible-space operators. It combines real-time desk, meeting-room, and resource bookings with hot-desking, recurring billing, invoicing, membership tiers, reporting, and member communication. The web platform is paired with a standard mobile app for booking and payment notifications. Its positioning fits small spaces centered on bookings and memberships, while the plan structure also supports operators managing multiple locations.
Hamlet uses a paid model with no free plan. The starting price is AUD 315. Hamlet Base includes an admin dashboard, member portal, standard mobile app, bookings, billing and invoicing, Xero and Stripe / WorldPay integrations, and standard email support. Hamlet Plus adds multi-location reporting, advanced analytics, priority email support, and quarterly platform reviews. Hamlet Enterprise adds unlimited locations and members, a dedicated Google Cloud instance with isolation, custom integrations, multi-stakeholder admin roles, and compliance and vendor onboarding support. Enterprise pricing is custom, so the clearest fit depends on the operator’s location and member requirements.
Integration coverage is a practical strength: Hamlet lists Xero, Stripe, WorldPay, Payrix, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Outlook, and iCal, alongside APIs and webhooks. Members can manage bookings, invoices, news, and support requests through the portal. The product is narrower than a full access, events, or community platform; access-management, event-management, and community-directory capabilities are described as coming soon rather than generally available. Choose Hamlet if booking operations, billing, memberships, and utilisation reporting are the priority. Consider an alternative if physical access control, event programming, or a community directory is central to the workspace experience.
