A photo-focused chroma-key tool with strong batch and event features.

Green Screen Wizard is desktop chroma-key software for replacing green or blue backgrounds in photographs. It is aimed at home users, professional photographers, schools, and event photographers, with tools for transparent PNG output, high-resolution image creation up to 600 DPI, image adjustments, overlays, effects, editing, and printing. The core standalone editions run on Windows and macOS, while the vendor also lists separate webcam, photo-booth, Photoshop plug-in, and iPhone/iPad products.
The plan structure is centered on one-time purchase pricing. Full costs $129.95 and includes standalone green-screen processing, a Windows and Mac license, built-in printing, JPEG backgrounds, and transparent PNG support. Pro Studio with Editor costs $199.95 and adds the Airbrush Editor, Image Compare, Background Gallery, annotation, shadow generators, and special effects. Pro Batch and Event costs $249.95 and includes the Pro Studio features plus batch processing, Event Mode, batch printing, and email capability. The higher tiers therefore matter most for photographers handling repeated images or live event workflows.
Its strongest fit is image production where edge quality, hair processing, spill removal, output resolution, and printing are central requirements. Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom integrations support workflows that already include those applications, while green and blue screen replacement covers common chroma-key setups. The product is less suited to buyers seeking a general video background-removal tool, since video background removal is provided by the separately listed Webcam product. Photographers who need batch and event tools should consider Pro Batch and Event; buyers focused on occasional or broader green-screen work may find the photo-centered feature set and $129.95 entry price harder to justify.

- Where it doesn't
- The $129.95 starting price limits value for general green-screen work
