GrassBlade LRS is a learning record store for collecting, storing, reporting on, and exporting eLearning activity data. It is aimed at education, government, business, nonprofit, and enterprise learning environments, especially organizations running WordPress-based learning businesses. Deployments can be cloud-hosted or self-hosted, while a companion WordPress plugin supports tracking for xAPI, SCORM, cmi5, and HTML5 content. Learner-data apps are available for iOS and Android.

Pricing starts with the Lite plan at $12 per month billed annually. Essential is listed at $66 per month billed annually or $89 per month billed monthly; Pro is $166 annually billed monthly or $199 monthly billed monthly; Advanced is $499 per month billed annually or $649 per month billed monthly. The listed plan highlights are hosted and managed service, Zapier app integration, and rich quiz reporting. There is no free plan, and the higher tiers represent a substantial increase over the entry price. The integration set covers LearnDash, WP Courseware, LearnPress, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, MasterStudy LMS, Vimeo, Dropbox, GamiPress, Gravity Forms, H5P.org, and WordPress Groups.

Reporting is the product's clearest strength. It provides real-time xAPI statement tracking, filtered reports with CSV and PDF downloads, multiple-attempt quiz comparisons, video overview and completion reports, gradebook reports, automated email reports, and secured tokens. SSO support adds a fit for organizations with established access requirements. Choose GrassBlade LRS when WordPress compatibility, cmi5 support, detailed learning reports, and deployment flexibility matter. Organizations seeking a free LRS or a lower-cost option at advanced scale should consider alternatives.
