Good Grants is cloud-based grantmaking software for organisations running grant, scholarship, fellowship and corporate-giving programs. It brings applications, applicant management, moderation, reviewer assignments, scoring, awards, funding management, reporting and post-award monitoring into one web platform. Grantmakers such as foundations, public bodies, governments and established organisations can configure forms, manage eligibility, coordinate reviewers and track funding through a central system.
Pricing is structured across three annual tiers. Intro costs $3,950 per year and includes application management tools, unlimited users and managers, unlimited fund allocations, AI tools and support for up to 10,000 applications. Premium costs $7,900 per year and adds eligibility screeners, an Organisations view, all review modes, Action flow workflows, plus the integration marketplace and API. Enterprise includes everything in Premium, along with support for over 10,000 applications, enterprise-grade security options, SLA-backed support and uptime, and implementation service; its pricing is custom. A 14-day trial provides a way to assess the platform before committing, but teams seeking a free plan should look elsewhere.
Its ecosystem is broad for a grant administration product. Good Grants lists Salesforce, Zapier, Make, WordPress, Drupal, Slack, Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Zoom, Mailchimp, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Xero and Intuit, alongside API and webhook support. The feature set also covers configurable scoring criteria, automatic applicant notifications, dashboards, exports and bulk application downloads. Choose Good Grants when structured review, workflow automation, funding administration and integrations matter together. Smaller teams wanting a no-cost option, or organisations requiring a non-web deployment, should consider alternatives.
