A low-cost multichannel store platform with useful regional integrations and tier-based limits.

Gomag is a hosted ecommerce platform for businesses selling through an online storefront and additional channels such as marketplaces and social media. It combines responsive themes, product and order management, payments, delivery, invoicing, inventory, abandoned-cart recovery and digital-product support. The web-based platform is operated by SILKWEB S.A. in Romania and suits entrepreneurs through enterprise businesses, with capabilities and product limits changing by plan.
The published monthly plans make Gomag accessible to smaller stores. Basic costs €7 per month and includes AI ecommerce assistants, Romanian-language support, themes, payments and delivery, invoicing and management, plus 200 products. Advanced costs €37 and adds 3 Gobots, eMAG Marketplace selling, multistore management through Gomag Link, local and international payments, cross-border delivery, and import and export. Elite costs €97 and adds 10 Gobots, customer loyalty, B2B and cross-border selling, API access, ERP connection and product suppliers. Enterprise includes 25 Gobots, API and webhooks, one-to-one training, phone support, 180+ applications and 50,000+ products. A 3-day free trial is available, and the listed plan prices exclude VAT.
Gomag’s strongest fit is for European merchants that want a hosted store with regional commerce connections rather than a narrowly focused storefront builder. Integrations include eMAG Marketplace, Google Analytics 4, SmartBill, FGO, ERP systems, GPayments and GShipments, while higher tiers support APIs and webhooks. The platform also covers multichannel selling, digital products and recovery for abandoned carts. Small stores can start with a broad feature set at Basic, while growing sellers should assess the product and automation limits before choosing a tier. Businesses needing advanced B2B, ERP, API or enterprise support should consider Elite or Enterprise.
