Go1 is a subscription-based workplace learning platform for organizations and learning-and-development teams. It brings together training from more than 250 providers, covering compliance, professional skills, and upskilling. Organizations can search, curate, assign, and track learning; manage users and groups; create custom courses; upload content; and review centralized reports and dashboards. Learners receive personalized recommendations, progress tracking, course access, and completion certificates through a responsive web experience or connected HRIS and LMS systems.
The published plans show three ways to structure access. Essentials Select lets organizations choose 10, 25, or 50 courses from the Premium Essentials library, with unlimited course swaps and integrations with 70+ HR and LMS systems. Premium Essentials provides unlimited access to 80,000+ courses from over 250 providers in 40+ languages, with certification of completion for all courses. Premium Pro adds AI-powered discovery and curation tools plus access to learning and implementation experts while retaining unlimited access to 80,000+ courses. Pricing follows a contact-sales model, and a 7-day free trial is available.
Go1’s strongest fit is an organization that wants one workplace learning environment spanning external course providers and internal content. AI-enhanced search, AI Chat recommendations, learner recommendations, playlists, automated tracking, reporting, and HRIS integrations support structured programs at team scale. Integrations include Workday CCL, Oracle HCM Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Employment Hero, Rippling, HiBob Learning, and Microsoft Viva. Teams that need native mobile apps should look elsewhere, since access is provided through web and API platforms. Offline learning is documented for downloadable document items rather than all course content, so Go1 is less suited to buyers requiring comprehensive offline access.
