Fullrack review
A broad gym management platform for small teams that need PT booking and member tools.

Fullrack is white-label gym management software for independent gyms, studios and CrossFit boxes. It brings class timetables, personal-training slot booking, check-ins, client records, payments, waivers and member administration into one web platform. Its strongest fit is a small gym with up to 50 active members that wants both group-class scheduling and one-to-one personal-training booking, rather than a narrow scheduling tool.
Pricing is organized by active member count. The Up to 50 members plan costs £79 per gym site per month, while Up to 100 members costs £139 and Up to 200 members costs £249, all billed monthly. Each of these plans includes all features and unlimited staff accounts, with a £199 one-time setup fee. Gyms with over 200 members receive custom pricing, and multi-site pricing is quoted together. Setup and migration are handled by Fullrack, which may suit teams that want vendor involvement during onboarding but adds an upfront cost.
The feature set extends beyond appointments: Fullrack includes repeating schedules, automatic waitlist promotion, training plans, PR tracking, nutrition tracking with barcode scanning, Stripe payments through the gym’s account, a revenue ledger, digital PAR-Q forms, waivers, referrals and CSV import. Stripe and Open Food Facts are the listed integrations. Members use a branded app installed from the browser, while the platform itself is web-based. Fullrack should suit small gyms seeking a broad operational system with PT scheduling; gyms that require a native client mobile app or a plan above the 50-member limit should look at alternatives or a higher tier.
