Fren One is a community operations and moderation platform for teams managing Telegram, Discord, X and other community channels. It brings AI spam and scam detection, raid protection, flood control, filters, reports, workflows, ticketing, analytics and engagement tools into one web dashboard. Its strongest fit is for community teams, web3 projects, brands and organizations that need centralized oversight across Telegram and Discord communities, with additional support for X and other channels.

The published beta plan is free and includes all listed capabilities, including AI moderation, configurable filters, raid detection, defensive actions, captcha and verification flows, onboarding, XP and engagement flows, ticketing, a knowledge base and analytics dashboards. Moderation teams can combine keyword, regex, word and user filters with warns, blacklists, impersonation defense and vote-ban workflows. Member reports route to a dashboard queue, while cross-community analytics and scheduled reports help organize recurring review. Fren One is currently in open beta, and its paid plan structure is still being finalized, so organizations planning around defined paid tiers may prefer to wait for that structure.

Its standout strength is the breadth of community operations included alongside moderation. Telegram and Discord support is paired with a unified support ticket queue, cross-community reporting and an AI workspace for natural-language analysis and scheduled reports. Automated raid detection, flood-control actions and impersonation defenses address distinct community-management needs rather than relying only on keyword filtering. The tradeoff is focus: Fren One is better suited to community channels than to teams seeking a broader mainstream social-network moderation suite. Choose it for free, centralized Telegram and Discord moderation during the beta; consider an alternative if a mature paid-plan structure or wider social-network coverage is the priority.
