FormFlow is a web-based form and survey builder for people who want respondents to move through one question at a time. It is aimed at solo users and small teams, especially early adopters looking for free conversational form basics. A plain-language description can prompt its assistant to draft questions, options, and branching logic; users can then review and edit the result on a canvas. Forms can be embedded on websites, and the cloud service is available through web and API access.

Its feature set centers on shaping the respondent journey. Conditional branching determines which questions appear, while answer piping can carry earlier responses into later parts of a form. Partial-response capture lets someone resume a form later. Custom themes and branding offer presentation controls, and spam filtering and per-question summaries address response handling. The free early-access plan includes unlimited forms and responses, plus CSV and Excel exports, signed webhooks, and a REST API. That makes FormFlow worth considering when conversational flow and straightforward data export matter more than a broad integration ecosystem.

The trade-off is maturity: FormFlow is explicitly in early access, with no uptime guarantee or SLA, and paid plans are not yet available. Support is via ticket. Its API and webhooks provide connection points, but buyers seeking established integrations or operational assurances should compare alternatives before relying on it for critical workflows. For a low-cost experiment or a small team's basic conversational forms, the available capabilities may be enough; organizations that need a mature service commitment should wait or choose another tool.
