FlowVella is presentation software for building interactive multimedia content, digital signage, sales materials, educational resources and iPad kiosks. Its cloud-hosted Flows can combine text, images, video, audio, PDFs, links, galleries and navigation, then be shared through unique URLs, embedded on websites or viewed in a browser. Native apps for Mac, iPhone and iPad support offline creation and presenting, making FlowVella a practical choice for presenters, educators, sales teams and kiosk operators who need more than linear slides.

The plan structure scales from a constrained free option to managed enterprise delivery. Free includes four public presentations, a 10-screen limit and FlowVella branding. Premium adds unlimited Flows, presentations exceeding 10 screens, password protection, premium analytics and file uploads up to 500 MB. PRO adds Kiosk Mode, team creation and management, private team sharing, presentation view alerts and additional device support. Enterprise adds custom short URLs, a branded web player, custom domains, branded apps and a dedicated account manager. Buyers should compare these tiers based on privacy, kiosk operation, file size and branding requirements rather than presentation basics alone.

FlowVella’s strongest distinction is its combination of offline presenting, interactive media and kiosk controls. iPad Kiosk Mode includes PIN locking and timer reset, while analytics show viewers and time spent. PowerPoint PPTX import is available in the Mac app, and presentations can include autoplay videos, timers, notes and public, private or password-protected sharing. Slack is the listed integration, while real-time collaboration is not currently supported. Choose FlowVella for self-contained interactive displays, offline delivery and controlled presentation sharing; teams that require live co-authoring or a broader platform footprint should consider alternatives.
