FlowVella review
A multimedia presentation tool with strong kiosk and offline capabilities.

FlowVella is interactive presentation software for sales teams, educators, museums, retailers, and other organizations that need more than static slides. Its Flows can combine text, images, videos, PDFs, audio, links, galleries, and interactive navigation. Presentations can be published through web URLs, embedded on websites, viewed in a browser, or presented offline through native Mac, iPhone, and iPad apps. That makes it particularly suitable for multimedia presentations, public displays, guided experiences, and kiosk deployments.
The freemium structure provides a practical way to start. The Free plan includes four public presentations, with each presentation limited to 10 screens or slides. Premium costs $10 per user per month and adds unlimited Flows, password protection, premium analytics, and a 500 MB maximum file upload. PRO costs $20 per user per month and adds Kiosk Mode, team creation and management, private team sharing, presentation viewing alerts, and Slack integration. Enterprise is aimed at branded deployments, with custom branding, a branded web player, a custom domain name, and branded apps.
FlowVella’s strongest distinction is its combination of multimedia content, interactive navigation, offline native apps, web publishing, analytics, and kiosk controls. Kiosk Mode includes PIN locking and timer reset, while integrations include Slack, BCC CRM, Dropbox, Google Drive, Box, Adobe Creative Cloud, Instagram, Facebook, OneDrive, and Google Image Search. The platform also supports templates, custom URLs, and PPTX import in the Mac app. Choose FlowVella when presentation delivery, interactive content, or kiosk control matters more than broad graphic-design tooling. Choose an alternative when real-time collaboration or deeper general-purpose design features are central requirements.
