Flow Orah brings social publishing, engagement, analytics, listening, lead management, and paid campaign tools into one web-based platform. It is aimed at businesses, creators, teams, and agencies that want to manage organic social activity alongside advertising. The fit is clearest for agencies coordinating client work: the platform includes client workspaces, approval workflows, and white-label branding, while paid campaigns cover Meta, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok. The Small Business plan does not list advertising campaigns, so buyers seeking paid campaign management should look at Team or Agency instead.

The plans expand workspace and account capacity as well as advertising access. Small Business includes one seat, three businesses or client workspaces, ten connected social accounts, and 500 scheduled posts per month, alongside inbox management, social listening, approval workflows, and AI tools. Team adds a second seat, ten workspaces, 35 connected accounts, unlimited scheduled posts, advertising campaigns, and AI Creative Studio. Agency also has two included seats, with unlimited businesses or clients and social accounts, plus campaigns, white-label tools, and AI Creative Studio. Enterprise includes five seats and custom pricing, with SAML SSO, audit logs, exports, scheduled reports, API access, and dedicated support. A seven-day free trial is offered.

The advertising layer includes automated boost rules with budget caps, analytics, custom report building, and CSV/PDF exports. Those tools sit beside a wider social workflow: visual-calendar and bulk scheduling, a unified inbox for comments, direct messages, and mentions, keyword and hashtag listening, and lead detection with pipeline management. Integrations span social and messaging services including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Reddit, WhatsApp, and Discord. This breadth suits teams that value a shared operating space, but buyers primarily seeking advertising depth may prefer a more specialized campaign tool. Choose Flow Orah when social management and ads belong in the same workflow; skip it if advertising alone is the priority.
