Flashcards Deluxe is a study app for learners preparing for exams, studying languages or memorizing other material. It suits people who want to make cards in the app or bring in existing study content, with flexible card formats and more than one way to review. Availability spans iOS, Android and macOS, and the app supports offline review and syncing across devices.
Card creation goes beyond a simple prompt-and-answer pair: each card can have up to five sides, pictures, audio and rich-text formatting using Excel or HTML. Learners can choose an optional spaced repetition system, or use multiple-choice and spelling quizzes. That combination makes it a fit for varied material, including language study and content that benefits from audio or images. It may be more flexibility than needed for learners seeking a very simple, fixed review routine.
The published plan is a one-time paid purchase with no subscription. Cards can be imported from spreadsheets and text files, while importing and exporting are supported through OneDrive, Dropbox, Google Drive, email or the vendor website; device sync supports studying across devices. These options make it practical for learners who already keep study material in files or cloud drives. Choose Flashcards Deluxe if configurable cards, media, offline review and flexible imports matter; consider a simpler alternative if you only need basic front-and-back cards or do not want a paid app.
