FlagUp is a customer feedback and feature-request platform for startups, agencies, product teams and other organizations. Requests can enter through a public voting portal, embeddable widget, suggestion boxes, email or dashboard submissions. Teams can organize demand, group duplicates, score priorities, analyze sentiment and churn risk, publish roadmaps and changelogs, and notify voters when requests ship. It runs through the web, with cloud and browser-extension deployment options.

The Free plan supports one project, 50 feedback entries per month, three suggestion boxes, a public portal with voting, and public roadmap and changelog pages. Pro costs $19 per month or $190 per year and adds the AI Support Assistant, three projects, unlimited feedback entries, 10 suggestion boxes, integrations and exports. Business costs $49 per month or $490 per year and expands capacity to 10 projects, unlimited feedback entries and suggestion boxes, plus 3M AI tokens per month. Paid plans also include branding controls according to the product description.

FlagUp’s strongest fit is for small teams that want structured prioritization without separating feedback collection from public communication. Automatic duplicate detection, demand and priority scoring, sentiment analysis and churn-risk signals address the sorting work that can slow product teams down, while integrations connect workflows with Slack, Discord, Jira, Linear, Notion and Trello. The Free tier is useful for a single initiative but its project, entry and suggestion-box limits may require an upgrade as demand grows. Teams needing more than 10 projects or support beyond email should compare alternatives; teams seeking an AI-assisted feedback hub with public voting and lightweight roadmap publishing should consider FlagUp.
