Fiuto review
A freemium card-sort and AI research workspace for small product teams.

Fiuto is a web-based user-research platform for founders, product managers, designers, researchers, and small teams. Its card-sorting tools support open sorts, where participants create and name groups, and closed sorts, where researchers supply categories. Studies run through share links without participant accounts, and teams can combine AI respondents with real participants recruited through Prolific or their own links. Fiuto also drafts studies from a URL or prompt and produces findings, shareable readouts, and presentation decks.
The freemium structure gives small teams a low-cost starting point. The Free plan costs $0 per account per month and includes every test method, one live study a month, 10 responses per study, and 600 AI credits monthly. Core costs $29 per account per month, or $288 per account per year, and raises usage to three live studies monthly, 100 responses per study, 3,000 AI credits, and unlimited editors. Pro costs $69 monthly, or $696 annually, and provides 10 live studies monthly, unlimited responses per study, 12,000 AI credits, and decks without Fiuto branding.
Fiuto fits teams that want card sorting alongside broader AI-assisted research rather than a narrowly focused sorting utility. Slack, Notion, GitHub, Linear, Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, Lovable, v0, Replit, and Bolt integrations support product and coding workflows, while the API and MCP server extend automation options. The trade-off is scope: documented card-sort analysis is basic, and deployment is cloud-based. Small teams needing open or closed sorts, recruitment, AI participants, and developer access should find the feature mix relevant; researchers requiring deeper specialized analysis should consider a more advanced card-sorting product.
Fiuto pros and cons

- AI respondents, optional expert reviews, and real-participant recruitment
- CSV/JSON exports, API, MCP access, readouts, and presentation decks
- Where it doesn't
- Free plan allows one live study monthly and 10 responses per study
- Card-sort analysis is described as basic for advanced research needs
- Cloud deployment only, with no hybrid sorting method listed
