FitBudd is a coaching and fitness-business platform for personal trainers, online coaches, gyms, studios, and fitness influencers. It combines branded client apps and websites with workout and nutrition planning, scheduling, class bookings, payments, messaging, progress tracking, automated workflows, and AI-assisted workout creation. Clients can use the iOS and Android apps to access programs, log workouts, track nutrition, book sessions, communicate with coaches, and view progress. It is best suited to coaches who want a client-facing app alongside day-to-day business tools.
Pricing scales across three core tiers. Starter costs $15 per month or $159 per year and includes the client app, exercise and nutrition libraries, workout building, meals and macros tracking, check-ins, and progress photos. Pro costs $79 per month or $948 per year, adding custom app theming, a branded website, wearable integration, 1:1 video calling, group chat, broadcast messaging, and resource sharing. Super Pro costs $149 per month or $1,788 per year, adding white-label iOS and Android apps, Apple Pay and Google Pay, Zapier and Mailchimp integrations, and direct app sign-ups. A 30-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan.
The platform’s ecosystem covers Stripe, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Vimeo, YouTube, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, Fitbit, Google Calendar, Mailchimp, Zapier, Chromecast, and AirPlay. Studio adds a dedicated account manager, group classes, QR-based check-in, multi-location access, admin and coach logins, and advanced business analytics. Creator adds video on demand and monetization, virtual communities, social media integrations, and advanced business analytics. Choose FitBudd if branded delivery, integrated coaching, and automation matter; choose a narrower tool if you only need basic scheduling or workout programming.
