Firmhouse is a recurring-commerce platform for European merchants selling physical products through subscriptions, prepaid plans, rentals, leases, try-and-buy models and memberships. It combines checkout, recurring billing, invoicing, payment recovery, customer account management, analytics and integrations. Shopify merchants can use Shopify’s native checkout, while API access and a GraphQL API support custom implementations. Customers can manage subscription details, upcoming orders, payment methods, invoices, pauses and skips through a self-service account portal.

Pricing is structured around three plans. Base costs €125 per month and includes product subscriptions, pay by invoice, one live Shopify store, Shopify Native Subscriptions & Payments, payments via iDEAL, Bancontact and SEPA, and API access. Advanced costs €399 per month and adds prepaid subscriptions, rental and lease, try-and-buy, B2B pay-on-account and custom checkout options. Custom includes those Advanced capabilities plus multi-market and currency options. The pricing page also shows additional percentage fees. Merchants should evaluate the required plan against their operating model before choosing Firmhouse.

Its breadth is the main differentiator for businesses with more complex recurring-order requirements than standard subscriptions. Integrations include Shopify, Mollie, Adyen, Stripe, Picqer, Intrum, Veriff, Klaviyo, TaxJar, Active Ants, WorkOS and Pipedream, giving the platform coverage across payments, collections, verification, marketing, fulfillment and tax workflows. Firmhouse is a good choice for merchants that need subscription controls, European payment methods or multiple physical-commerce models. Businesses seeking only a basic subscription layer may find the paid entry point and Advanced-tier requirements harder to justify.
