Field PM brings field reporting and project cost controls together for self-perform contractors and general contractors working with them. Field teams can capture labor hours, quantities, photos and safety information on mobile devices; office teams can follow cost-coded productivity, budgets and forecasts. The scope also includes RFIs, submittals, change orders, drawings, document markup, QA/QC, punch lists and AIA G702/G703 progress billing. It suits teams that need field-to-office project visibility more than a product centered on bid management.

According to the vendor’s monthly pricing, Contractor Lite costs $49 per month and provides core project management, with modules available à la carte. Contractor is $149 per month; Plus is $299, Pro is $549 and Premier is $849. Those four higher named tiers include T&M, Sales, Tool and Fleet modules. Enterprise has custom procurement, SSO and dedicated support, with no listed price. A 30-day trial is available without a card. The flat monthly structure makes the entry point clear, but buyers should compare the features they need against the module arrangement and higher tier prices.

Accounting connections span QuickBooks Online and Desktop, Sage Intacct, Xero, NetSuite, Acumatica, Sage 100 Contractor, Sage 300 CRE, Trimble Spectrum, Viewpoint Vista and Foundation Software; payroll options include ADP and Paychex. The web and mobile footprint, plus integrations such as Stripe and Twilio, can fit teams coordinating field records with office systems. Optional service dispatch, work orders and a technician app extend its reach. Pick Field PM when field reporting, cost visibility and project workflows are central; teams prioritizing bid management or support beyond email should compare alternatives.
