Fera is a product-review platform for ecommerce merchants that collects, manages, and displays customer feedback. It supports automated email and SMS requests, text, photo, and video reviews, review imports, moderation workflows, reviewer verification, and customizable widgets. The platform is designed for stores using Shopify, Wix, BigCommerce, Magento, and custom storefronts, with web and API access for teams that need more control over implementation.
Pricing scales by monthly review volume and media storage. The published plans show Startup at $9 per month with 100 order reviews and 100MB of photos or videos, while Small costs $29 for 1,000 reviews and 1GB. Medium is $99 for 10,000 reviews and 10GB, followed by Semi-large at $199, Large at $299, X-Large at $599, and Enterprise at $999 per month. The annual-billing Startup option is listed at $7 per month, with 100 order reviews and 100MB of storage. Paid tiers add higher limits, more customization, AI review moderation, AI review replies on Small and Medium, and all features on the larger plans.
Fera fits teams that want several collection channels and multiple ways to present reviews. Integrations include Facebook, Google Business Profile, Google Shopping, Etsy, Judge.me, Loox, Shopify Reviews, Stamped, Yotpo, and CSV. Product, store-rating, testimonial, and media-gallery widgets can support different storefront layouts, while Google Shopping feeds and Schema.org data extend review visibility into Google properties. Public and private developer APIs support custom workflows. SMS review requests are available only for Shopify and Wix stores in the USA and Canada, and teams needing broader syndication than Google Shopping should consider another platform.
