FeedHero is FeedSpark’s proprietary product-feed platform, operated as part of its managed and hybrid services rather than normally licensed on its own. It connects product data to Google, Meta, TikTok and other channels, with capabilities for custom transformations, enrichment, monitoring and performance analysis. Its managed model is aimed at advertisers and agency partners that want service support alongside feed optimization; organizations seeking a self-serve feed tool should look elsewhere.

According to the published managed-service plan, the entry point is £995 per month for one feed and one platform, including half a day of service time. Setup fees also apply, and pricing is bespoke. That scope matters: teams with multiple feeds or destinations should clarify the service and cost for their requirements with sales rather than assume the entry price covers them. FeedHero has no free plan, and the platform is not normally sold as standalone software.

The strongest fit is for teams that value managed oversight of ad feeds. FeedHero offers real-time channel health and compliance monitoring, diagnostics and automated alerts for disapprovals and errors, plus custom rules and data-extraction transformations. Attribute enrichment, keyword embedding, and A/B testing of titles, images and attributes extend the optimization workflow; SKU-, variant- and segment-level ROAS insights add a performance view. It also supports multi-language and multi-territory handling. These capabilities make it worth considering when feed quality and ongoing service matter more than direct tool control. Smaller teams or buyers who need a standalone product, broad self-directed access or a clearly scoped multi-destination package should compare alternatives before committing.
