FasterDM automates Instagram messages for businesses and creators using an Instagram Professional account. It sends a private DM when someone comments on a selected post or reel, with an optional keyword condition, and can add a public reply to the comment. The lead log and campaign controls make it suited to solo operators and small accounts that want to turn comment activity into trackable inquiries rather than run general-purpose messaging campaigns.
Its scope is deliberately tied to comments: the listed entry points are selected Instagram posts or reels, not a broader set of Instagram interactions. FasterDM tracks commenters who receive DMs, supports CSV export, and filters leads by active or opted-out status. Stop replies become permanent opt-outs across campaigns, while duplicate sends to the same person are blocked within a campaign. Automations can be enabled, paused, or deleted for each connected account, and a dashboard shows delivery results and campaign activity. These safeguards and logs are useful for keeping a focused comment campaign organized; the product does not list DM broadcasts.
The published plans show a Free tier with Auto DM, a Business plan at ₹1,200 per year with unlimited monthly DMs, unlimited Instagram accounts, analytics, and Auto DM, and Pro at ₹300 per month with unlimited monthly DMs, analytics, and Auto DM. Pro is the stated starting paid price. FasterDM is web-based, connects through Instagram Graph API and Facebook Login, and lists email support and GDPR compliance. Choose it when comment-triggered outreach and lead export are the priority. Accounts needing triggers beyond comments or broadcast messaging should look for a tool with those capabilities.
