FamilyDash review
A family calendar that also coordinates rotating chores, meal plans and grocery lists.

FamilyDash brings household calendars, chores, meals and grocery lists into one shared dashboard. It is aimed at families who want a common view of events alongside routines and food planning, rather than a calendar alone. The calendar can combine external feeds in a color-coded view and offers outbound calendar subscriptions. Chore tracking includes rotations and streaks, while meal plans connect to a shared grocery list sorted by store department. Web, iOS and Android access support use across phones, tablets and laptops, including a kitchen-tablet display.
Its mix of household tools is the main distinction: a meal plan can feed into the grocery list, with one-tap checkout integrations for Instacart and Kroger. Apple Calendar, Google Calendar and Outlook are also supported. Recipe features include a shared recipe box, extraction from photos and TikTok links, and, on Pro, recipe scanning and an auto-fill meal planner. Child PIN logins are available. Families seeking a single place to coordinate these routines may value the breadth; households that only need shared events may find the chores and food workflow unnecessary.
The Free plan costs $0 per household and includes one connected calendar, chore tracking, a weekly meal planner, grocery list and push notifications. Pro is $2.92 per month with annual billing or $4.99 per month with monthly billing. Both Pro options add unlimited calendar connections, up to three reminders per event, AI email-to-calendar, recipe scanning, auto-fill meal planning, and chore rewards and allowance payouts. A 14-day free trial is offered. FamilyDash is a fit for families likely to use its connected calendar, meal and grocery features; those who need only a basic calendar can start with Free, while families needing multiple calendar connections must choose Pro.
