EyeQuant review
A strong pre-launch design analysis tool, but not a participant-based usability testing platform.

EyeQuant is a browser-based predictive design analysis platform for designers, marketers, CRO specialists, UX researchers, agencies, and product teams. It evaluates screenshots, URLs, Figma designs, landing pages, ads, emails, packaging, PDFs, video, and motion content to predict visual attention before launch. Its focus is design validation rather than live usability research, making it most suitable for teams that want to assess how visual content may attract attention and communicate clearly before publication.
The platform’s main strength is the breadth of its predictive analysis. Attention maps show likely visual focus, while clarity and excitingness scores provide additional ways to assess design performance. EyeQuant also includes ad visibility analysis, AI-generated summaries and recommendations, Analysis Advisor chat, full-page analysis, and A/B comparison tools for design variations. Video, animation, and motion analysis extend the product beyond static screens. Plans are sold through four tiers: Basic adds core analysis and a Chrome extension; Performance adds full-page analysis, A/B comparison tools, and priority support; Team adds Figma and Photoshop plugins, project organization, collaboration, and team onboarding; Enterprise adds API access, MCP server integration, benchmarking, dedicated customer success, and a custom onboarding program. Pricing uses a contact-sales model, and there is no free plan.
EyeQuant fits teams working across web, Chrome, Figma, Photoshop, and AI-agent workflows, with API and MCP Server access available for broader platform integration. Its clearest limitation is category fit: it does not recruit participants and does not conduct moderated or unmoderated usability sessions. Teams needing interviews, task-based testing, or direct participant feedback should choose a dedicated usability testing platform instead. Teams focused on pre-launch visual attention, design comparisons, and predictive recommendations should find EyeQuant a more relevant choice.
