eyebase Brand Portal is a digital asset management portal for organizations distributing approved brand materials to employees, partners, press contacts and other audiences. It brings logos, images, videos, fonts, templates and guidelines into a central library, with metadata-based organization, version history, usage rights and review workflows. Custom portals can serve different groups, while multi-brand and multilingual support suits organizations managing several identities across markets. Assets can be adjusted automatically to specified formats and sizes, helping teams share current files rather than maintaining separate copies.

Pricing is organized by DAM plan. DAM Smart Start costs €45 per month and provides SaaS hosting, centralized content storage, upload and search, plus content management and distribution. DAM MediaSuite adds hosted or on-premises deployment, configurable brand portals, automated workflows, role management and PIM integration; its pricing uses a contact-sales model. DAM Enterprise also supports hosted or on-premises deployment and adds business-system integrations, extended compliance features, multilingual support, and AI-assisted search and tagging. The €45 entry point therefore applies to the DAM plan, while portal-focused capabilities begin with MediaSuite.

For ecosystem fit, eyebase offers web, API and self-hosted deployment, with integrations spanning Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office 365, CMS, ERP, CRM and e-commerce platforms. Adobe and Microsoft connections are available through CI HUB. Phone and documentation support are provided, and GDPR is listed among the compliance capabilities. Teams wanting controlled distribution across brands, languages and external audiences should consider it; organizations needing configurable portals at the lowest tier, or advanced AI search and compliance without Enterprise, should compare alternatives.
