ExtractTable turns tables in PDFs and images into data for CSV or Excel workflows. It suits developers and other users who need to process document tables, whether through a web interface or API. Its focus is narrower than general document extraction: the listed capabilities center on tables, with text data and accuracy details available on higher plans. It also supports duplicate PDF checks and concatenation of tables, useful when inputs or outputs need those specific treatments.

Pricing is prepaid and measured in credits. According to the vendor's pricing page, Lite costs $3 per 100 credits and returns only table data. Full costs $3.3 per 100 credits and adds table accuracy details plus tables and text data. Extra costs $3.68 per 100 credits and adds cell and word coordinates and accuracy. A successfully processed image or PDF page consumes one credit, so the effective spend depends on page volume. There is no free plan; the service notes free promotional credits, but does not describe a time-limited trial. This structure fits buyers who can estimate usage and select output detail by plan, less so those seeking a recurring flat-price subscription.

For workflow fit, files can be submitted on the web or processed programmatically through API trigger and result retrieval endpoints. Web-PRO accepts batch submissions of up to 10 files, and Google Sheets is listed as an integration. The cloud service lists email support. Choose ExtractTable when table extraction and structured exports are the central need, particularly if API processing or coordinates matter. Consider another tool if the requirement is form field extraction or broader document workflows beyond tables and associated text; those needs sit outside its stated feature set.
