Eurekos review
A broad customer education platform with strong mobile, certification, and commerce capabilities.

Eurekos is a learning management platform for organizations delivering customer, partner, professional, and external training. It supports self-paced courses, learning paths, webinars, events, blended and instructor-led delivery, certifications, assessments, reporting, e-commerce, branded portals, and mobile learning. That makes it a fit for training providers and companies that need to educate external audiences across regions, devices, and use cases rather than only manage internal employee courses.
Pricing is centered on one published Standard license at €475 per month, billed monthly. The plan includes all standard platform features and software modules, standard integrations, technical support and customer success, and unlimited storage. The current plan information also identifies 50 monthly active users at the starting price. There is no free plan. For organizations that need a wide customer education toolkit in one system, the included scope covers authoring, assessments, adaptive paths, certification and automated recertification, compliance tracking, analytics, data exports, branded portals, and e-commerce features such as catalogs, coupons, bundles, currencies, and payment providers.
Platform reach is a major part of Eurekos's positioning. It offers web, iOS, Android, API, and self-hosted options, including offline-capable mobile apps and an open REST API for enterprise-system connectivity. Integrations include Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, GoTo, Adobe Connect, payment services such as PayPal and Stripe, Google, Microsoft Office 365, and H5P. Choose Eurekos if mobile access, external-audience branding, certifications, commerce, and integration flexibility are central requirements. Organizations seeking a narrower, simpler training tool or a lower starting commitment should consider a more focused alternative.
