Enbox review
Enbox pairs email organization tools with Enbox-to-Enbox encryption across web and mobile.

Enbox is a personal email service in a suite of ten privacy-focused apps, aimed at people who want email organization alongside encryption. Its Mail app supports rich-text composition, attachments, search across mail and attachments, scheduled sending, folders, labels, filters, rules, snoozing, pinning, and hide-my-email aliases. Enbox says messages between its users are end-to-end encrypted; external email is encrypted in transit and stored encrypted at rest. The service is available on the web, iPhone, and Android.
Organization and privacy controls are central to Enbox’s appeal. Full-text search covers both mail and attachments, while filters and rules can organize incoming messages; aliases can be disabled with one tap. Enbox also supports importing email from Gmail, Outlook, and IMAP providers. Its encryption distinction matters: end-to-end protection is stated for messages between Enbox users, while external email receives encryption in transit and at rest. People who regularly communicate with Enbox users may value that distinction more than those who need end-to-end encryption across every recipient.
According to the published plans, Free costs $0 per month and includes all 10 apps, 500 MB encrypted storage, one person, and end-to-end encryption. Personal is $9.99 monthly for one person and 50 GB encrypted storage. Family costs $29.99 monthly and adds up to five family members, 500 GB shared storage, shared albums, folders and lists, and family controls. A 30-day trial is available. Choose Enbox if these organizational tools and its privacy approach fit your email habits; look elsewhere if you need desktop apps or end-to-end encryption for messages to non-Enbox recipients.
