Emotional ABCs is a blended social-emotional learning curriculum for children primarily in grades K–3, or about ages 4–11. It combines sequential teacher-led Workshops with an online Lesson List containing more than 100 sequenced events. Lessons address emotional vocabulary, self-awareness, self-regulation, social awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making through videos, music, interactive games, unlockable activities and printables. The design suits classroom teachers, therapists and schools seeking a structured program rather than a standalone activity library.

Pricing is organized by individual and group use. The Free 1-Week Limited Trial includes the interactive lesson list, classroom workshops and program printables, with no credit card required. Premium Single User is listed at $23 per month on a monthly plan, while another monthly single-user plan is listed at $29; the $23 option is the lower starting price. A yearly single-user plan costs $300 per year. Premium Small Group costs $35 per month and adds student and parent logins, progress tracking, QR-code sign-ins, home access and Common Core standards. Premium Classroom Groups cost $47 per month and add teacher and administrator panels alongside those group features.

The strongest ecosystem fit is for schools using browser-based instruction and wanting family participation across devices. Group plans support student and parent or caregiver logins, QR-code sign-ins, home access and progress tracking, while teacher and administrator panels support classroom oversight. Common Core alignment is included on group plans. Emotional ABCs provides email and documentation support and lists 24/7 support. Choose it when a sequenced K–3 curriculum and blended classroom materials matter; consider another tool if you need broader grade coverage, native apps or a free ongoing plan.
