Emaze is a web-based presentation and content creation platform for individuals, educators, teams, and businesses. Its editor combines templates, animations, transitions, effects, charts, graphs, and embedded media such as images, GIFs, videos, forms, and maps. Presentations can be published through links, embeds, social sharing, and QR codes, while Automaze provides AI-assisted content generation. The platform also supports broader content types, including websites, photo albums, blogs, eCards, training, surveys, and digital business cards.

The free Basic plan supports presentation and content creation with five projects. Pro adds PowerPoint and PDF import, offline downloads, collaboration, and audience analytics. Business adds team management, branding, and personalization, with a minimum of five users. Executive includes Business features at $30 per user per month with annual billing. Education options include Edu Team for a minimum of 30 users and Edu Pro at $2 per user per month with annual billing. Student is also offered with per-user annual billing. Education and student plans may depend on eligibility.

Emaze is a fit for presentations intended to live online, especially when animation, embedded media, audience tracking, and publishing flexibility matter. Collaboration includes view, edit, and comment permissions, and integrations cover Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn. Offline viewing is available through MP4, HTML, or PDF downloads on plans that include it. The main constraint is its web-only platform, and it does not provide PPTX export. Choose Emaze for animated, shareable web presentations and interactive content; choose another presentation tool if desktop access or PowerPoint export is central to the workflow.
