eM Client review
A capable multi-account client for users who want email alongside broader productivity tools.

eM Client is an email client for individuals, freelancers and businesses who want email, calendars, tasks, contacts, notes and chat in one application. It connects with Gmail, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Outlook, iCloud, Yahoo, IMAP and POP3 accounts. Windows and macOS apps are joined by iOS and Android versions, while the unified inbox brings multiple accounts into one view. Core email tools include scheduled sending, offline reading and composition, rules, categories, templates, signatures, attachment management, translation and spell-checking.
The freemium structure gives users a Free license, alongside Personal and Business plans. The Free license supports personal, non-commercial use and is limited to two email accounts. A 30-day free trial is also available. Mobile versions do not need a license and are free to use. Paid plans are the natural fit for users who need more than the free account limit or require a commercial license, while the free option suits personal users managing a small number of accounts.
Integration breadth is a central strength. Beyond major mail services and standard protocols, eM Client connects with Dropbox, OneDrive, Google Drive, ownCloud, Nextcloud and Zoom. Calendar and task synchronization extend its role beyond an inbox, and PGP and S/MIME support add message-encryption options. AI features cover drafting, summaries, proofreading and tone changes. Users seeking a single workspace for communication and connected productivity tools should find the scope appealing; those wanting only a lightweight email reader may prefer a narrower client.
