Elevio is a knowledge platform for companies that create, manage, and deliver customer support content. It combines a hosted knowledge base with an in-browser Assistant, contextual article suggestions, visual helpers, hotspots, content workflows, reporting, and integrations. Teams can publish branded documentation for websites or applications, import or synchronize content from third-party systems, and restrict knowledge-base content through single sign-on. It fits small, mid-market, and enterprise organizations that need customer education embedded in support experiences rather than a traditional course-learning environment.

Pricing is offered through Starter, Regular, and Premium plans, with monthly and annual billing. Starter costs $125 per month when billed annually or $155 monthly and includes 3 team members, unlimited articles, the Visualizer point-and-click tool, basic modules, and a basic hosted knowledge base. Regular costs $189 per month annually or $229 monthly, adding 5 team members, help desk integrations, article interlinking and permissions, advanced modules, a customized hosted knowledge base, reporting, and analytics. Premium costs $389 per month annually or $469 monthly, with 10 team members, article auto-syncing, multilingual content, and priority support. A 14-day trial is available without a card.

Its strongest fit is contextual support: content can appear inside websites or applications, while integrations cover Zendesk, Help Scout, Freshdesk, Intercom, Slack, WordPress, chat tools, and other systems. Web, Chrome extension, and API access support several delivery patterns, and the JavaScript API allows additional integration work. Content creation, importing, synchronization, draft-and-publish workflows, feedback, article ratings, and analytics support an ongoing documentation program. Choose Elevio when in-product guidance and a hosted knowledge base matter most. Choose a course-focused platform when structured LMS-style education is the central requirement.
