Elcom Intranet is a configurable digital workplace platform for medium and large organisations. It brings together news publishing, employee directories, organisation charts, document management, enterprise search, forms, workflows, social collaboration and knowledge management. Its audience includes organisations that need a central employee hub with role-based access and personalised content rather than a narrowly focused communications site. Deployment options include cloud and mobile access, with optional branded applications for iOS and Android.
Elcom’s tiered structure starts with Bronze, which includes templated design, publishing, personalised interfaces, asset and document management, enterprise search and a corporate directory. Silver adds social features, a mobile app, calendar, email marketing and a developer API or SDK. Gold extends Silver with Training Manager, Content Organiser, Microsoft Exchange and SharePoint connectors, and SCORM Manager.
