EduAdmin is a cloud-based training management platform for commercial training providers, corporate learning and development teams, internal training departments and professional education organisations. It brings course creation, reusable templates, scheduling, learner registration, booking portals, attendance, instructor management, payments, e-learning, certificates, competency tracking, reporting and automated communications into one system. For course evaluation teams, its value comes from placing evaluations alongside the wider administration of training programmes rather than treating feedback as a standalone workflow.

The published plans show four tiers, with the first three displaying monthly prices on annual plans. Starter costs $329 per month and includes course creation, resource planning and scheduling, instructors, a booking portal, course evaluations and task management. Business costs $599 per month and adds waiting lists, automatic email and SMS messages, digital certificates, competencies and an instructor portal. Academy costs $899 per month and adds sessions, customer-specific pricing, early-bird pricing, vouchers and course packs, plus on-site registration. Enterprise includes the Academy features along with company group support, venue booking with Lega Online and partner setup for course providers. The pricing page offers EUR, GBP and USD currencies, and VAT is not included.

EduAdmin fits organisations that need operational depth around evaluations: scheduling one-off, recurring, multi-session and virtual courses; managing instructors, venues and resources; recording attendance; tracking certificate expiry and renewals; and sending registration, payment, reminder and survey messages. E-learning capabilities include SCORM, quizzes and digital exams, while integrations include Stripe, Xero, WordPress, Zoom, Canvas LMS, Docebo LMS, HubSpot CMS, Salesforce CMS, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Visma Net, Totara Learn and the EduAdmin API. Choose it when course evaluation is one part of a larger training operation. Organisations seeking a focused evaluation product or a lower-cost entry point should look elsewhere.
