EdNotes review
A focused Android app for notes, checklists and calendar widgets, with web access on Pro.

EdNotes brings notes, checklists and calendar views together in an Android app organized around separate profiles, such as Work and Private. It suits people who want those items on their home screen and value profile-specific calendars and notification rules. The Free plan includes notes and checklists, calendar sync, reminders, an agenda, cloud sync and local backups. The app can be started without an account, with notes stored locally on the device.
Widgets are the key distinction between the plans: EdNotes Pro adds notes, agenda and calendar home-screen widgets, along with unlimited profiles, labels, images and agenda notes, 5 GB of cloud storage, and web version access. The Free plan already includes calendar sync, reminders and an agenda, but its listed highlights do not include home-screen widgets. Pro prices are purchased in the Android app, so the published plan information here does not support a price comparison. The product is freemium and offers a 14-day free trial.
Its workflow is more than a set of static widgets: notes can include checklists, photos and voice recordings, reminders have configurable timing, and shared notes support live updates with viewer and editor roles. Calendar synchronization works with a device calendar or Google Calendar; Google Drive is also listed as an integration. Pro users can access a browser-based workspace, while Android remains central to the widget experience. EdNotes is a sensible fit for solo users and small teams focused on notes, lists and calendars, but those seeking weather or music-control widgets should look elsewhere.
