DPD is a hosted shopping cart and digital fulfillment platform for authors, artists, teachers, and other sellers of downloadable products. It supports digital downloads, e-books, PDFs, keycodes, subscriptions, tangible goods, and product bundles. Sellers can host files, embed add-to-cart buttons and links on external websites, customize checkout, apply coupons, calculate VAT/GST and sales tax, and deliver product updates to previous buyers. It is suited to sellers who want a hosted storefront layer without paying a per-sale commission.

Pricing is structured around four monthly plans. The 1GB plan costs $10 per month and includes unlimited bandwidth, unlimited product sales, customizable checkout, and third-party integrations. The 2GB plan costs $16 per month and adds product updates and a custom checkout domain. The 3GB plan costs $22 per month and includes the core 1GB highlights, while the 6GB plan costs $30 per month and includes product updates and a custom checkout domain. All plans have a 30-day trial, and storage and product limits vary by plan.

DPD fits sellers who already have, or want to use, an external website and need delivery, payments, and fulfillment features in one hosted service. Payment connections include PayPal, Stripe, and Authorize.net, while Zapier, Google Analytics, MailChimp, and ConvertKit support connected workflows. Its feature set also covers PDF stamping and encryption, subscriptions, bundles, multiple price points, automatic payment notifications, and API access. Sellers needing a free plan, a non-web platform, or a different storage structure should compare alternatives before choosing DPD.

Vendors can pay for top positions in our rankings and for a place on other products' pages, and we may earn a commission when you click some links. Bought places stand at the number bought; this page and our disclosure say so. Paying vendors may get a fuller, more detailed review from our editors, and that review can change their score.
