Doctegrity is a telemedicine benefit for employers, individuals, and families seeking around-the-clock virtual care in the United States. Members can reach board-certified primary-care doctors and licensed mental-health therapists by phone, video, or app. The service supports online diagnosis, prescription fulfillment, medical messaging, second opinions, pharmacy and lab discounts, and no-copay consultations for covered services. It runs through cloud and mobile deployments on web, iOS, and Android.

The paid offering is divided into three editions. Standard Benefit combines unlimited users with 24/7/365 telemedicine and teletherapy, lab and prescription discounts, and the LifeVitals selfie-camera vital-sign scanning tool. Doctegrity Rx adds a home-delivery pharmacy solution for unlimited users, while Doctegrity eVets provides unlimited users with 24/7/365 virtual veterinarian care. Employers can therefore select a core medical and mental-health package or add pharmacy delivery and veterinary access as separate benefits.

Doctegrity’s main strength is breadth within virtual care: primary-care visits, therapy, prescriptions, messaging, second opinions, discounts, vital-sign scanning, and optional veterinary support sit in one service family. Support is available by email and phone. The trade-off is its focused, virtual model and United States availability; organizations seeking in-person treatment or a broader benefits-administration platform will need another service alongside it. Employers choosing Doctegrity should prioritize continuous telehealth access and optional add-ons, while buyers needing physical clinical locations should look elsewhere.
