A broad, Microsoft-centric intranet with one paid plan and a low annual price.

Diggspace is a SaaS intranet and digital workplace platform from Create IT for organizations using Microsoft 365. It brings internal news, employee engagement, knowledge, collaboration, learning, recognition, analytics, and employee profiles into a branded workplace hub. Its audience targeting can organize content by role, location, department, or context, while the directory includes department, location, email, Teams, and phone details. It is suited to teams that want an employee-facing intranet closely connected to Microsoft tools rather than a narrowly focused publishing system.
Pricing is straightforward: the Diggspace plan costs $2.50 per user per month with annual billing. The plan includes full platform access and has no feature-based tiers, so audience targeting, Microsoft 365 integrations, analytics, and engagement features are included together. The pricing page states “up to $2.50/user/month,” while organizations with more than 5,000 users receive individually defined pricing. There is no free plan. This structure fits buyers seeking broad functionality at a single published tier, but annual billing and individually defined pricing for larger organizations should be part of the purchasing review.
Microsoft ecosystem fit is the clearest reason to choose Diggspace. Integrations cover Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Microsoft Graph, Microsoft Copilot 365, Power BI, and custom APIs, with additional connections for Slack, Google Maps, Pixabay, and Google Analytics. The platform also offers an API for user and content management, Entra ID authentication, Diggy AI, scheduled content channels, learning courses and quizzes, recognition, ideation, and analytics for page views, active users, and content performance. Responsive access is documented on computers and mobile devices, but the mobile method is not identified as native. Diggspace suits Microsoft-centric organizations wanting a wide employee hub; buyers prioritizing verified native mobile coverage should consider alternatives.
