Dialer360 is a cloud-based call-center platform for outbound and inbound communications. It is aimed at sales teams, call centers, remote agents, BPOs, and larger organizations that need multiple dialing modes and inbound call handling. Predictive, progressive, and manual dialing support campaign work, while contact-list uploads, local caller ID, DNC-list management, call recording, reporting, and CRM support cover common calling operations. Access is listed for web and Android.

Pricing is organized around monthly per-agent plans. Dialer360 (Small) costs $25 per agent per month and includes predictive, progressive, and manual dialing, inbound IVRs and ACDs, a Do Not Call list, and web ticket and live chat support. Dialer360 Enterprise and Dialer360 Unlimited are each priced at $30 per agent per month and list predictive, progressive, and manual dialing, Avatar, PCI DSS, and CRM. A 30-day trial is available through the client portal, although add-ons are excluded from the trial. The paid structure suits teams that want a low entry price without committing to annual billing.

The product’s main strength is breadth within core call-center workflows: teams can switch between dialing modes, route inbound calls, record calls, use local caller ID, manage DNC lists, and review call reporting and analytics. Ringless voicemail and voicemail drops extend outbound campaign options. However, activation requires an active SIP/VoIP service, so it is not a standalone phone service. Teams needing a focused predictive dialer with inbound routing and recording should consider Dialer360; buyers who need a free plan or a simpler setup without a separate SIP/VoIP service should look elsewhere.
