Diafaan SMS Server is Windows software for professional users and companies that need to send and receive SMS through GSM/3G/CDMA modems, Android phones, SMPP accounts, or supported HTTP SMS services. It combines messaging, contact and group management, delivery reporting, scheduled messages, inbound SMS, and multiple gateway connections in one server product. Its HTTP API supports sending, status queries, and received messages, while built-in web services support two-way SMS workflows.

The edition structure makes capacity and connectivity the main pricing considerations. The Light edition costs $195 one time and includes one SMS gateway, one connector, GSM Modem or Clickatell SMS gateway support, and a permanent license. The Basic edition costs $495 one time, adds up to four gateways and four connectors, supports SMPP and HTTP gateways, and includes a multi-user web application. The Full edition costs $895 one time, with unlimited SMS gateways and connectors, SMPP and HTTP gateways, a multi-user web application, and a permanent license. A 30-day free trial is also available.

Its integration range suits teams connecting SMS to existing systems rather than handling messaging in isolation. Supported services include BulkSMS, ClickSend, Clickatell, Esendex, MessageBird, Vonage/Nexmo, Twilio, and Wassenger. Database and business-system connections include MySQL, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, Oracle, and Microsoft Exchange, with Excel and CSV import/export also available. Choose Diafaan SMS Server when Windows deployment, gateway flexibility, inbound messaging, and local data connections matter. Teams needing a non-Windows platform should look elsewhere.
