Denteasy is cloud-based dental clinic management software for Indian solo dentists, multi-doctor practices, and growing clinics. It brings appointment scheduling, provider calendars, tooth-chart electronic records, clinical notes, treatment history, file uploads, GST-ready invoices, payment recording, care plans, staff permissions, branch management, and practice analytics into one system. Front-desk teams can use patient self-registration through QR codes, while doctors can manage clinical and treatment information in the same workflow. Its web deployment and mobile-first design make it suited to practices that want scheduling and core clinic administration together.
The published plans show three levels. The Free plan includes appointments, digital records, and an analytics dashboard, but the product is positioned as paid and the introductory access is described as 0 for three months rather than a perpetual free plan. The Clinic plan adds treatment plans and estimates, a patient portal, the analytics dashboard, and priority support. Group is aimed at larger or multi-location operations, adding unlimited doctors and branches, centralised reporting, custom integrations, dedicated onboarding support, and SLA-backed support. The plan structure gives smaller practices a path from basic scheduling to more coordinated branch operations without changing the product category focus.
Denteasy’s strongest fit is for new practices that need more than a calendar: conflict prevention, cancellation and no-show tracking, GST billing, UPI, card and cash payment recording, care plans, family coverage, and revenue, collections, treatment-mix, and doctor-performance analytics are all part of the feature set. Multi-branch management and staff roles also support growing teams. It is less suitable for clinics that require appointment reminders today, broad platform coverage beyond the web, or integrations without moving to the Group plan. Practices seeking a focused dental operations system should shortlist it; those prioritising mature integrations or reminders should consider alternatives.
