DeepParallax Studio is a desktop application for turning still images into depth maps, stereo views, red/cyan anaglyphs, parallax animations, flybys and 3D flights. It is aimed at photographers, landscape and portrait creators, and astrophotographers who need more control than a basic motion effect. The software combines AI-generated depth maps with manual sculpting, while its star-focused tools assign catalog-based depth and separate stars with AI. Exports include still images, depth maps and video, with XISF, TIFF, PNG, JPEG and MP4 listed among the supported formats.

The feature depth is the main reason to consider it. Users can create wigglegrams, side-by-side stereo views and custom 3D camera paths, including flyby and 3D-flight movements. Astrophotography workflows receive additional attention through star separation and real catalog-based depth. The Extended Star Catalog is a $12.99 one-time add-on that expands the catalog from about 34 million to over 105 million stars. Manual depth sculpting also gives creators a way to refine the generated result rather than relying only on automated processing.

Pricing offers two core paths. The Yearly subscription costs $18.99 per year and includes latest-version access for personal use. The $42.99 Permanent license provides personal, non-commercial use, permanent activation and free v1.xx updates. A 14-day trial is available, while commercial, business and organizational licensing requires contacting the vendor. DeepParallax Studio is available for Windows and Linux; macOS x64 and arm64 versions are listed as coming soon. Choose it for advanced parallax, stereo and astronomy-oriented depth work on desktop. Choose an alternative if mobile access, face animation or commercial licensing through a listed self-serve plan is essential.
