DataMail is a free consumer email service from Data Xgen Technologies Pvt. Ltd. It is designed for individuals who want email addresses in multiple languages and scripts, with access through a browser and iOS or Android apps. The service combines native-script addressing with AI-assisted composition, mobile notifications, offline drafts, and mailbox security features. Organizations that need custom domains and centralized administration are directed to the vendor’s XgenPlus platform instead.
The published Free plan costs nothing and includes native-script email addresses, ad-supported unlimited storage, webmail access, iOS and Android apps, and AI Compose. DataMail supports web, iOS, and Android access, while account creation takes place in the mobile app. The ad-supported model makes the service suitable for individuals prioritizing free storage, but it is less appropriate for people who want an ad-free mailbox. The platform’s cloud and mobile deployment also keeps the product focused on personal access rather than organizational administration.
DataMail’s standout feature is its support for native-script addresses with IDN/EAI support, extending email creation beyond conventional Latin-script formats. AI-assisted composition adds help when drafting messages, while biometric or PIN app locking, automatic spam and virus filtering, push notifications, and offline drafts cover practical mobile use. Email and documentation are listed as support channels, and ISO 27001 is listed in the compliance profile. Pick DataMail for free multilingual personal email and mobile convenience; choose another option when custom domains, centralized administration, or an ad-free experience are priorities.
