Dash is a cloud-based digital asset management platform for ecommerce and direct-to-consumer brands. It centralizes images, videos, PDFs, Office documents, ZIP files and other digital files, then adds AI-powered search, automatic tagging, custom metadata, filtering, version history and sharing tools. Growing teams can use approval workflows, public links, branded portals, collections and guest upload links to coordinate creative work with internal and external contributors.
Pricing is paid-only, with a 14-day free trial. According to the vendor’s pricing information, the Start up plan costs £79 per month and includes unlimited users, 250 downloads per month and 10 GB of storage. Small team costs £179 per month with 500 downloads and 50 GB of storage, while Growing brand costs £299 per month with 1,000 downloads and 100 GB of storage. Established brand costs £449 per month, includes unlimited downloads and provides 200 GB to 50 TB of storage. The vendor also states an equivalent starting price of $109 per month and says additional storage can be added as usage grows.
Dash’s strongest fit is for brands that need creative operations and distribution alongside asset storage. Custom crops and resizes support channel delivery, while the REST API enables custom integrations. Connections include Shopify, WooCommerce, Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, Hootsuite, WordPress, Slack, Zapier, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. The web-based platform should suit teams working across these tools, but organizations seeking a free DAM or a non-web deployment should look elsewhere. Brands that need controlled access, searchable libraries and structured review workflows should consider Dash.
