Darulelm is a school management ERP for K–12 schools, private academies, Islamic schools, international schools, and multi-campus institutions. It brings together student profiles, enrollment records, document storage, admissions, fee invoicing, payment reminders, online fee collection, attendance, grading, examinations, timetables, and parent communication. Its English, Urdu, and Arabic interfaces make it particularly relevant to schools serving multilingual communities in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

Pricing is paid, with a 14-day free trial and published starting prices of SAR 15 or PKR 450 per student per month, billed monthly. The Saudi starting price is SAR 15 per student per month. The trial applies to up to 100 students. The platform covers core administrative workflows without a free plan, so schools should assess the recurring per-student cost against their enrollment and operating model. Fee collection supports JazzCash, EasyPaisa, PayFast, Mada, STC Pay, HBL, and bank transfer, while SMS and WhatsApp support communication and alerts.

Darulelm’s strongest fit is for schools that want regional payment options alongside records, attendance, gradebooks, report cards, scheduling, and parent access in one web-based system. The parent portal or app includes attendance, grades, fees, announcements, and messaging, while the timetable builder adds conflict detection. Data migration from Excel, Google Sheets, or another ERP can support a move from existing records. Schools seeking a native desktop or mobile platform, or organizations outside the product’s Pakistan and Saudi regional focus, may prefer a broader alternative.

Darulelm pros and cons

    • Combines admissions, fees, attendance, grades, and portals
  • Where it doesn't
    • Web-only access limits platform flexibility
    • No free plan is available
    • Regional payment focus may suit Pakistan and Saudi schools best
