CYPHER Learning is a cloud-based learning management platform for businesses, training organizations, nonprofits, schools, and universities. It supports course creation and delivery, learner administration, assessments, reporting, certifications, learning paths, competency-based skills development, automation, integrations, and mobile learning. Its audience tools cover employees, partners, customers, contractors, franchisees, and students. The platform also supports e-commerce and course sales, while CYPHER Agent provides AI-assisted course and assessment creation plus learner guidance.
According to the vendor’s pricing page, CYPHER Learning offers Enhanced and Enterprise plans, with pricing available through sales. CYPHER Learning may be more platform than smaller teams need if their requirements are limited to straightforward course delivery and basic tracking. Pricing also requires a sales conversation, which makes direct plan comparison harder. Organizations needing multiple branded environments, organization-level API controls, or custom portal experiences should select Enterprise rather than Enhanced. Buyers seeking a free LMS should consider an alternative, since CYPHER Learning does not offer a free plan. Its broad administration, automation, assessment, certification, and integration capabilities make it a stronger fit for complex training programs than for minimal learning setups.
